• Followed the general ToS
• Package includes max 2 hour footage for 20 mins of final video. Longer footage or final video will cost Rp100.000,00/$10 USD per packaged term.
• RAW preferred and hosted on client’s cloud storage (Google Drive, Onedrive, etc), but not required.

Terms of Service

General

• Any videos uploaded by clients has to be credited as edited by hideoworks.my.id including one of our social media links.

Revisions

• Any projects will have revision limits of 1 major revisions during cutting/storyboarding phase and 2 minor revisions for preferable output.
• Extra revisions will be charged accordingly to the complexity and the working time to fulfill the revision.

Delivery Time

• Short-form Video will be worked for approximately 2-4 business days.
• Long-form Video will be worked for approximately 7-10 business days.

Rights

• Clients has the right to own the revenue of the finished product on any platform they post it on.
• hideoworks will have the right to be able to use the finished product as part of our portfolio/advertisement.
• For commercial rights, clients will be owed Rp250.000,00/$25 USD per video.
